  Автор и съавтор на 180 научни труда, от които 50 публикации в специализирани международни списания на САЩ, Зап.Европа и Русия, 34 изобретения и патенти (вкл в САЩ, Франция, Русия) и 10 приложни разработки на квантово електронна апаратура, използувани у нас и в чужбина, 8 поканени доклада на международни конференции, представени приложни разработки на международни и национални изложения. Два златни медала за изобретения, грамота на ИИР и медал “Айнщайн”, награда за най-високи научни постижения в областта на техническите науки на Съюза на Учените в България (1997 г.) и награда на БАН. 5 защитили докторанти и 70 дипломанта. Автор на 5 книги от които 2 учебника за студенти по лазерна техника и на част от международна монографична книга по квантова електроника. Номиниран 2005 г. от три Специализирани Научни Съвети и от група от академици за член-кореспондент на Българска Академия на Науките. Ръководител на два дългосрочни договори с Френски университети, 5 договори с НФНИ и 10 приложни договори.
